Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, and Moved Events:

All programs, dates, times, and prices are subject to change. Occasionally, events are cancelled, postponed, rescheduled to a different date or time, or moved to a different venue.

If an event is cancelled: No action is required to obtain a refund; The Grand Oshkosh will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. In some cases, you may have the option to choose either a credit or a refund; if so, The Grand Oshkosh will notify you of your options and how to submit a request for a credit.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved: Your ticket(s) are still valid, and no further action is required. However, the Presenter may approve refunds, or the option to choose between a refund or a credit. Any refund and/or credit policies are determined on an event-by-event basis by the Presenter and may be subject to limitations set by the Presenter of the event in question. If the Presenter approves refunds and/or credits, The Grand Oshkosh will notify you of your options, and you may submit a request for a refund or credit. Alternatively, you may simply keep your ticket(s) to the postponed, rescheduled, or moved event.

If your event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, The Grand Oshkosh will contact you to update you on the event status and inform you of any refund, credit, or exchange procedures. For instructions on any cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved event, please check the event information online at thegrandoshkosh.org/events or contact The Grand Oshkosh Box Office Monday-Friday 11:30am-5pm at 920-424-2350.

Neither The Grand Oshkosh nor any other Presenter will be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved event.

Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges:

All sales are final, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained in this section and the Cancelled, Postponed, Rescheduled and Moved Events section above. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued by The Grand Oshkosh or any other Presenter after an event has been attended by the ticket holder. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by other Presenters generally prohibit The Grand Oshkosh from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased; however, lost or damaged tickets can be reprinted one hour prior to the show; there is a $1 per ticket replacement fee.

Refunds: If your event is eligible for refunds, The Grand Oshkosh will issue a refund of the ticket price you paid and any service fees.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. The Grand Oshkosh cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card. If your credit card or debit card has become inactive, the refund will be processed and mailed as a check.

The Grand Oshkosh may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price on previously purchased tickets.

Credits: The Grand Oshkosh may provide the option to request a credit for cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved events; if so, The Grand Oshkosh will notify you of the option, and you can request a credit on your account. Credits may be applied toward the purchase of future event tickets. Credits cannot be used for gift cards. The Grand Oshkosh will determine which future events are eligible. The amount of the credit will always include 100% of the price of the original ticket(s), plus fees.

Credits are non-transferable, may not be sold, and are not redeemable for cash. Credits may not be applied to previously placed orders and may not be redeemed to purchase tickets for the same event as the tickets in your original purchase for which you accepted the credit.

Please note that if the Presenter offers you a choice of either a refund or a credit, you cannot get a partial refund; whatever selection you make (i.e., refund or credit) will apply to your entire order and cannot be split between refund and credit. Any and all requests for a refund or credit are final and cannot be changed once initiated.

Exchanges. Exchanges are allowed for Grand presented events within a single performance or within a performance run of the same event provided that tickets are returned to the Box Office a MINIMUM OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS prior to the initial event. These exchanges will incur a $1 per ticket charge.

Current season donors (Ensemble level and higher) may exchange tickets for Grand presented events within a single performance, within a performance run of the same event, or from one eligible Grand presented event to another within the same season without incurring a fee provided the tickets are returned to the Box Office a MINIMUM OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS prior to the initial event. This benefit does not apply to special or non-Grand presented events.

Merchandise: All merchandise purchases are final, and in no event will there be refunds, exchanges, or credits for merchandise purchases.

Chargebacks and Other Refund Prohibitions: By purchasing tickets, ticket holders agree not to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets purchased. Ticket purchasers will not contact The Grand Oshkosh to seek a refund or exchange when The Grand Oshkosh is prohibited from providing one by the Presenter, nor dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card or other method of payment used to purchase tickets. Should that be done, tickets are subject to immediate cancellation, and The Grand Oshkosh may, with sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit future purchases from all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist, and from any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision.
