Ball in the House is an R&B/Soul/Pop a cappella group based out of Boston, MA, whose high energy shows have audiences singing, dancing, even beatboxing along! Ball in the House has performed everywhere - from theaters to performing arts centers, fairs & festivals, to opening for some of the biggest acts in the world, such as The Beach Boys, The Jonas Brothers, The Temptations, Gladys Knight, Lionel Richie, Jessica Simpson, Blondie, Smokey Robinson, KC & The Sunshine Band, and numerous others. You may have seen their appearances on America’s Got Talent, The TODAY Show, or The Daily Buzz!

What is “The Grand at UWO”?
A temporary home for The Grand Oshkosh at the UW–Oshkosh Theatre Arts Center.

Where is the Theatre Arts Center located?
Just minutes from downtown, the Theatre Arts Center is conveniently located at 1020 Algoma Blvd., Oshkosh, WI 54901, a short drive from The Grand Oshkosh.

Where should I park?
The recommended parking lot for Grand patrons is Lot 27 (across Algoma Blvd. from the Theatre Arts Center on the corner of High Ave & Vine Ave next to the heating plant). There is a sidewalk that leads to The Grand at UW-Oshkosh. Lot 3 (adjacent to the theatre) is the designated Accessibility Lot. On-street parking is also available. Parking will be monitored per UW–Oshkosh Parking Services/Oshkosh Police Department policies. Please note that if you choose to park outside of designated areas and receive a ticket, The Grand is unable to assist.

Can I still purchase tickets in person?
Yes! The Grand Oshkosh box office operates out of the Theatre Arts Center box office and is open Monday-Friday 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. + 1 hour prior to shows. Tickets are always available for purchase online.

Is the seating similar to The Grand?
The Theatre Arts Center is similar in size to The Grand Oshkosh, but is a front-facing auditorium rather than a curved opera house. There is also no balcony in the Theatre Arts Center.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible. Lot 3 (adjacent to the building) is the recommended accessibility lot for Grand events. There is a ramp at the main entrance of the building and wheelchair accessible seating. The Black Box Bar & Lounge is also accessible via wheelchair or other mobility devices.

Special Accommodations
Please notify the Box Office about special accommodations when purchasing tickets such as: wheelchair needs, ADA compliant service animals, or a sign language interpreter request.
Assisted listening devices are available free of charge to hearing impaired patrons, at the box office. To use a headset, contact the house manager, the nearest usher before events or go directly to the box office. A major credit card, state ID or driver's license is all that is required for deposit.

Yes! All Grand Lounge events will continue in the 2026-2027 season and be hosted at The Black Box Bar & Lounge in the UW-Oshkosh Theatre Arts Center. Dark Nights: BINGO returns August 31 + Trivia returns September 1!

Yes, a student discount of 25% is available for all Grand-presented shows. This discount is available for all students, Pre-K through college.
